By accessing and using UX Review, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Service

UX Review provides professional design feedback and critique services for user interface and user experience designs. Our service includes analysis of uploaded design files and Figma prototypes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our services
• Only upload designs you own or have permission to share
• Use our feedback constructively and professionally
• Not share our proprietary review methodologies

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your design files. We do not claim ownership of any designs you submit for review. Our feedback and analysis remain our intellectual property.

Payment Terms

Payment is processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

UX Review provides feedback and suggestions based on design best practices. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our recommendations.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
